Despite its hefty price tag, with rents averaging around $2,900 per month, the complex has spared no expense to woo potential renters looking for that extra dash of luxury – featuring walk-in closets, a sky deck, and even co-working spaces inspired by the "Mad Men" era. According to a San Diego Union-Tribune article, the development has been well-received, with a diverse group of renters showing interest.

Furthermore, to accommodate lower-income renters, The Nash includes 10 subsidized units, targeting income levels at 50 percent of the area's median, or $48,250 for an individual. The complex also plans to feature a restaurant on its first floor, though the tenant for this space is still under negotiation, as per the Union-Tribune.
