Furthermore, to accommodate lower-income renters, The Nash includes 10 subsidized units, targeting income levels at 50 percent of the area's median, or $48,250 for an individual. The complex also plans to feature a restaurant on its first floor, though the tenant for this space is still under negotiation, as per the Union-Tribune.
