Get Down at Underground SF Tomorrow Night
A new monthly party hits Underground SF (424 Haight) tomorrow night, and it promises to be funky, fresh and free. What's not to like?

Dubbed "PUSH THE FEELING", the night is slated to feature "throwback 90s house, classic disco cuts and old school boogie jams mixed with current remixes and originals." It's a project of popular SF music blog epicsauce, which itself is a project of Lower Haighter Kevin Meenan. Kevin will be taking a spin at the turntables Thursday night, along with local DJ/producer YR SKULL. Each PUSH THE FEELING will feature guest DJs, and tomorrow night's bill includes Magic Touch, described as a "denim demi-god DJ and dancefloor motivator." (I need this to be the epitaph on my grave. -Ed.). Magic Touch will be performing a live set of original, dance-friendly material -- and we hear he's a pretty insane drummer, so prepare to be amazed. The feeling officially gets pushed from 9pm to 2am tomorrow (Thursday) night, and admission is free if you RSVP on the event's Facebook page, or at the new SF events site Do415.
