If Off the Grid’s presence in Hayes Valley could be described in terms of Lord of the Rings, tonight would be Return of the King.
They began setting up 3 food trucks at the Proxy Project on Wednesday nights back on February 15. Then they added Thursday nights to their rotation last month. Tonight marks the third installation in this mobile gourmet eating trilogy. But unlike Return of the King, there may not be one food truck to rule them all. If getting to the massive Off the Grid at Fort Mason seems daunting, or you’re someone who hates too many choices, this is the event for you. The first ever Friday night OTG in Hayes Valley features: 1) Adam's Grub Truck 2) The Rib Whip 3) Tandoori Chicken USA The event lasts from 5-9pm at Octavia & Linden and there will be music from 7-8:30pm.
