On Tuesday, a new application for a beer and wine license popped up for 507 Divisadero. The application is for a business called Wine Kitchen, and the license type indicates that it'll be an "eating place" -- rather than, say, a liquor store. Two managers are named on the application, but thus far we haven't been able to track them down. So, that's really all we've got for you at the moment. (See? Told you it was just a little nugget...) 507 Divis is located just north of Fell, adjacent to the newly-opened San Franpsycho retail shop. The address, which in past incarnations hosted a dance studio and a housewares store, was listed earlier this year as a 1,450 square foot property "suitable for Retail or Restaurant (plans already approved)."
A glance into the gutted space yesterday reveals that it's still a long ways off from opening, so we won't be enjoying this Wine Kitchen -- whatever it is -- for a good while.
