Stay Out Late in the Lower Haight TonightFlickr/Mr Noded
A new monthly tradition begins in the Lower Haight tonight, giving you plenty of reasons to eat, drink, shop and play in the neighborhood.

On the third Thursday of each month, businesses in the Lower Haight will be staying open late, offering discounts, and hosting special events for customers. Tonight, Aline's Closet, Costumes on Haight, D-Structure, Greenburger's, Life, Merch, Rooky Ricardo's, and Wing Wings will all be staying open late and/or offering discounts of 10% off. If you're thirsty, Nickies will be doing a $5 "LOHA Posse" cocktail special, Molotov's will have some specialty drafts and cocktails from 9pm to 2am, and Uva Enoteca will be offering 10% off all beer and wine. Meanwhile, Edo Salon and Wak Shack will be knocking 10% off all Bumble and Bumble products, and Laundry Locker's giving free laundry detergent upgrades on all orders today, plus free detergent samples at their Lower Haight kiosk. Third Thursdays will join the daytime Second Sundays and the seasonal Art Walks as part of a new effort to support all the great merchants we have here in the neighborhood. (It doesn't hurt that it's currently SF Small Business Week, either.) So get on out there tonight and show a local biz some love. And if you don't live in the Lower Haight, here's a great reason to come visit. We'll see you tonight.
