Tomorrow, Fashion Exchange, which has moved into Loyal Army's former space at 1728 Haight, will open for business, just in time for the weekend.

You may have seen the chain's other locations: there's one in the Castro, on in the Inner Richmond, and one in Nob Hill. They're a buy/sell/trade shop, which means they'll carry a mix of new and used men's and women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. We got an exclusive look inside the new space, and the transformation is impressive. (And it happened so fast!) The shop is bright and sparkly, and packed to the gun-rails, without seeming too crowded to browse. Owner Flora Pavlichenko is excited about the new Haight Street store, and tells us that if they come to fix her phone and credit card line today, the store will open early.
