Castro's newest (and first) Korean restaurant, K*Pop, will be opening it's doors this Wednesday. I popped my head in real quick when I saw staff going over the final touches to the restaurant. No word on the menu yet, but from the windows outside it looks like they'll be serving bibimbap, banchan, tteokbokki, and many other traditional Korean cuisines.
From the photos it looks like there will be plenty of seating with the cooks in the front of the restaurant. Who's hungry?!
