1) Are you staying in San Francisco over Thanksgiving?
2) Do you have 7 to 9 friends who will be staying here as well?
3) Does the thought of cooking a turkey terrify you?
If you answered yes to all three questions, good news: Boxing Room is here to help.
They're offering a traditional southern Thanksgiving dinner, to go. You won't find alligator or jambalaya on the menu; instead, we're talking classic dishes like candied yams, cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce, braised collard greens, gravy, pumpkin or pecan pie, and of course, turkey. You get a rather substantial 13 lb. bird either roasted or fried, depending on your preference.
The meal feeds 8 to 10 people and costs a total of $325 — so yes, math whizzes, that breaks down to roughly $33 - $40 per person. Not bad for what's sure to be a delicious feast — and just think of all the time you'll save, which you'd much rather spend relaxing with your friends and
getting drunk being thankful anyway.
If you're interested, act quick — they've only got 30 turkeys available, and this deal has been our there for a few days already, so chances are good there aren't many left. Just call them at 415-430-6590 to order.
