Remember back in June, when we told you about an episode of the TV show "Hoarders" being filmed in the Lower Haight? Well clear out some of the junk on your DVR, because the episode is set to air this Monday night on A&E.
The episode, which was filmed on Fillmore Street between Page and Oak, is described on A&E's website thusly:
'BG and Lee have filled their million-dollar Victorian home with hoards of stuff--and now are even competing to see who can bring in the most stuff. The two are locked in emotional combat--a real-life "War of the Roses."'
In a not-exactly-thrilling preview clip, BG and Lee (a man and woman, though possibly not in that order) lock the Hoarders crew out of their house for unexplained reasons. They then bicker in the backyard over which of their treasures they're willing to toss, including a rusty radio flyer wagon, a telephone booth, and two beach balls. (Spoiler alert: she's ready to get rid of the small beach ball, but not the big one!)
The episode is scheduled for this Monday, December 10th, at 9pm on A&E. You know we're gonna watch — let us know if you do, too.
