Fatal Shooting at Hayes and WebsterFlickr/alancleaver
A man was killed overnight in a shooting near Hayes and Webster.

According to SFGate, police received a report of shots being fired around 2:05am. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was later pronounced dead. No suspect has been identified or arrested at this time. We will update this story with more information as we get it. Update 3:10pm: Police described the victim to us this afternoon as a 23-year-old male. They had no additional information to provide as to his identity or ethnicity, or the number of gunshots that may have been fired. As of this afternoon there have been no arrests, and police have no description of a suspect or suspects to share with the public at this time. Update 2/11/2013, 9am: The victim has been identified as Ernesto Gonzalez Acosta, SFWeekly reports.
