435 Duboce, the site of a building that's been undergoing renovations for more than two years, is getting a new mural this week.

Artist Ian Ross is painting the mural, which seems to feature some sort of enchanted landscape. Ross was also one of the artists responsible for the previous mural which adorned the building. Nick Kraemer of Doorman Properties, which will be leasing out the units in the building, tells us the mural had to be redone because "it was completely tagged over" about a week ago. As for the building itself, Kraemer says it's on track to be completed in about four months.
