Mark your calendar for next Thursday night, August 15th, and prepare for the return of the Divisadero Summer Art Walk.

From 5pm to 11pm, there will be both art and walking along Divisadero from Haight all the way up to Geary. Here's what's happening: Magpie & Rye (262 Divisadero) - Ceramic work from Sarah Burwash and glasswork by David Scheid Little Chihuahua (292 Divisadero) - $3 tacos and $3 pints The Page (298 Divisadero) - Extended happy hour until 9pm, and a special musical guest from 6pm to 8pm Onyx Boutique (289 Divisadero) - Obey sample sale for men and women Vinyl (359 Divisadero) - Pizza Hacker craft pizza, and neighborhood artist Taylor Hamilton, plus happy hour from 5:30pm to 7pm Madrone Art Bar (500 Divisadero) - 60's surf photography by the late Fred Windisch, with New Orleans piano music from 6pm to 9pm, followed by The Night Fever Disco Party San Franpsycho (505 Divisadero) - Art opening Ziryab (528 Divisadero) - Grand re-opening specials Bi-Rite (550 Divisadero) - Sandwich and sundae specials Nopa (560 Divisadero) - Art on the sidewalk Rare Device (600 Divisadero) - “Interdependence” etchings and aquatints by San Francisco artist Julia Lucey, and live screen printing of Rare Device totes Mojo Cafe (639 Divisadero) - Works by Faern, and a Rice Paper Scissors pop-up The Mill (736 Divisadero) - New works by Jessica Niello and live music Fly Bar (762 Divisadero) - $3 Lone Star and a DJ Bar 821 (821 Divisadero) - Group show by the artists of Everlasting Tattoo (813 Divisadero) Big Umbrella Studios (906 Divisadero Street) - Live screen printing and the opening of "Joie de Vivre" featuring Harrison Love and other local talents Mini Bar (837 Divisadero) - Art show featuring Barbra Wyeth, Johnny Akihito Noda, Carrie Cottini, and Addison Mayfield New Liberation Community Garden (1100 Divisadero) - Grow Divisadero, a project of Neighbors Developing Divisadero and New Liberation Church Corkage Sake & Wine Shop (1302 Fulton Street) - Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm, $5 sake and wine of the day, and $5 takoyaki appetizer That's all we know about so far, but more will surely be added in the week ahead.
