According to the listing, the 2100sf space (not including the basement) is going for $180k. It looks like they've closed or are in the process of closing two of their three locations in the city. They're keeping the one in the Inner Sunset at 5th & Judah, which, probably not coincidentally, is the one with the highest Yelp ratings.
