The Urban Air Market is a "curated marketplace for sustainable design" and they're returning to Hayes Valley in less than two months. The team behind the festival announced they'll be setting up shop on Sunday, May 4, from 11am-6pm. That's the day after the Kentucky Derby, so large and dramatic hats are acceptable for sun blockage. Like previous years, vendors will have tables throughout Patricia's Green, with a few spilling over onto Linden and Octavia too. Last year they had around 130 tables and it looks like it will be the same size again. Interested in being a vendor when it's here? Check out their site and click on the Apply tab. They're looking for people with sustainable business practices (organic, support environmental initiatives, locally produced) so consider applying if that sounds like you. If for any reason you'll be out of town, not to worry. They'll be back again in the fall on September 14.
