One of our community gardens can use some help today.

Located between Buchanan and Webster, the Page Street Garden is a community garden that's been open to the neighborhood for over 7 years. It's one of over 35 community gardens in San Francisco on city property.

Today they need your help.

The Garden is hosting an event called the Page Street Garden Spring Work Day. Taking place from 10am-1pm, they need volunteers to help with "weeding, pruning, composting, and other chores."

There will be a Garden Meeting and Potluck at 12pm, so bring food to eat and share with others. And if you have any ideas of how to make the garden better, bring those too. They want to hear them.

If you have any questions, reach out to Michael at (415) 902-9537.
