A posting went up on Craigslist yesterday listing the building and restaurant at 4230 18th Street for sale. The building is currently home to La Taza, a popular cafe and restaurant. LoopNet lists the business for sale at $2,195,000. We're not sure if this will mean a new format for La Taza or just a new owner. La Taza operates at two other locations in the city, one on Post Street near Union Square and one in the Mission. As far as we know, La Taza is still open for business. File this under "property watch".
