Place Pigalle, a local bar that is currently facing a potential eviction from their location at 520 Hayes Street, is hosting a tenant rights meeting next week.
We spoke to Jason Perkins, owner of the Parish Entertainment Group which runs Place Pigalle, who told us who the meeting is for and why they're putting it on.

"We will be hosting a forum at Place Pigalle to give both residential and commercial tenants a chance to understand their rights as people who face more and more challenges to their leases in our area," Jason explained.

Place Pigalle has invited representatives from a few San Francisco-based law firms and organizations to advise on both residential and commercial landlord rights. Jason says that the San Francisco Apartment Association, Daniel Peskin Esq., and the SF Tenants Union will be present to share information and field your questions.

The bar will also have drink specials and snacks available for anyone who attends the meeting.

If you're interested in learning more about your rights as a tenant, swing by Place Pigalle this Monday, June 16, from 6pm-9pm.

In the meantime, we're still trying to find out more about what's next for Place Pigalle's future, so stay tuned for updates as we learn more.
