Starting tomorrow, we're going to have some Hollywood action in the 'hood.

Filming for Ant-Man will close some streets between Haight, Buena Vista West, Masonic, and Ashbury Heights from August 20 to August 22.

A survey circulated to residents last month announced a filming permit application for a project called Bigfoot. The survey was to approve work between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

And although word about the project was initially being kept very quiet, the news is out that it will indeed be Ant-Man, starring Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas, and currently slated for a July 2015 release. Production appears to be handled at least partly by a Georgia-based firm.

Filming is expected to include, according to the notice's language, "drive-ups, drive-aways, wet downs, picture cars, police cars," and equipment setups.

Additionally, crews were spotted staging in the Panhandle this morning, near Ashbury:

On-location filming around the Haight isn't expected to result in any full street closures, but parking might get a little stickier than usual. So, plan accordingly.
