If you missed the action last Friday, today's your lucky day, as the crew of Looking returns to film more scenes in the neighborhood.

Reader Nick S. tips us to a notice from Mission Street Productions announcing the filming at two locations in the Lower Haight.

First up, season two of the HBO show will be shooting today at Mad Dog in the Fog (530 Haight) between 7am and 2pm, according to the notice. (However, Mad Dog bartender Jules Nicholson tells us the filming is actually slated for 6am to 5pm. Basically, they'll be at the bar for a while.)

Also, from 2pm to 4pm, the show is scheduled to film at a "private residence on Haight Street" -- presumably the same location at 770 Haight where the show filmed last week, as well as during the previous season.

To facilitate the filming, there will be various parking restrictions in the area.  Those include "no parking" signs on Haight between Scott and Pierce, Haight between Steiner and Fillmore, and at the Haight Street intersections at Scott and Pierce. So, plan accordingly.

No word on whether the crew will make any more appearances in the neighborhood, although last year filming stretched into November, so it's definitely possible. Rest assured that we'll be LOOKING out for it. Because that's the name of the show.
