San Francisco resident Ryan Kennedy, 26, died yesterday after his motorcycle collided with an automobile near the intersection of 15th Avenue & Lincoln Way.
According to fire and police officials, the accident occurred at 9:39am.

— William Rittenhouse (@willritt) March 12, 2015William Rittenhouse witnessed the aftermath of the incident and told Hoodline that investigators were cordoning off the area and taking measurements when he arrived at the scene "a few minutes" after the fatal collision. An SFFD spokesperson said Kennedy died at the scene; his name was released today by the Medical Examiner’s office.
“It looked to me like it was a motorcycle and a SUV,” said Rittenhouse, who said he rides a bicycle daily through the neighborhood. “Generally speaking, I feel like the intersection has good visibility, but traffic goes pretty fast there.”
