And now, we present a roundup of minor local news items for your foggy final weekend of May.

Want to rent the former home of the Vapor Room? The semi-subterranean space at 607A Haight St., which has been vacant since the Vapor Room closed in July 2012, is now up for grabs following a foundation replacement and structural repair work. The 1350-square-foot unit is listed for $4,500 a month. One caveat: "The ownership is not interested in marijuana business use. (Sorry)."

Half a block westward, the plywood has finally come down from around 701 Haight St., where the Black Sands brewery continues to take shape:

Emanuel Coffee at 488 Haight St. got a new sign this week, so we finally have some clarity on the official spelling of its name:

The local sausage slingers at Rosamunde expanded their empire last weekend, opening a new outpost in the Temescal neighborhood in Oakland. It's the fifth Rosamunde location following iterations in the Mission, Brooklyn, downtown Oakland, and of course the original Lower Haight shop.

And finally, Sunset Tunnel track work is underway again this weekend, so the N-Judah will be replaced by bus service west of Church Street through 2am Monday canceled as of last night, so trains will run as usual. (Thanks for the heads-up, rickbynight.)
