The tarps came down from Bill Weber's Jazz Mural yesterday, unveiling a vibrant update to the iconic artwork. Weber received funding from the city and North Beach Neighbors to restore the 1987 piece, located above New Sun Hong Kong Restaurant at the corner of Broadway and Columbus Avenue.
