Taco Bell Cantina opened yesterday at 710 Third St. sans beer and wine license after neighbors raised numerous concerns, becoming only the second store in the nation to roll out the concept (the first—with full liquor license—opened in Chicago's Wicker Park Sept. 22nd). With a long line of customers already, it features shareable appetizers, a contemporary design, flat-screen TVs and a mobile app and pickup window.
