CBD Wellness Solutions, the medical cannabis dispensary we reported on in July, opened earlier this month at 212-214 California St. in the FiDi. Plans were approved 6–1 for the upstairs to house up to 16 medical cannabis delivery services as well, provided the property owner makes improvements and maintains Halleck Street, which runs behind it.
