Business changes are a part of life in the Inner Sunset. Here's our latest roundup of new and noteworthy shifts in the local business climate.

Last week, new salon Green Spa & Nails debuted at 347 Judah St. The space was formerly home to Top Video World, which closed in May. According to the owner, the salon uses only natural, sustainably produced products. As a grand-opening special, Green Spa & Nails is offering all new customers a 15 percent discount on manicures and pedicures. (Note: there are no massage services upstairs, a point which neighbors initially speculated about.)

A block away at 285 Judah, Sprint has filed an application to modify an existing cell tower located inside a "stealth penthouse." If the work is approved, three existing antennas (first installed in 2000) will be replaced with newer technology and new batteries.

Since Andy's Chinese closed in February, crews have been at work renovating the interior and upgrading kitchen facilities inside its former space at 1358 9th Ave. Its replacement will be called Ke's Seafood BBQ, described as a "Japanese seafood smokeless BBQ restaurant" in a recent Craigslist help wanted ad seeking servers. When we walked past today, workers were hanging lights.

The owners of Will Sushi (1380 9th Ave.) have posted an ABC notice regarding a pending change of ownership, which may herald a complete makeover for the sushi shop. According to the posting, Pin Xiu, Inc. is applying to take over Will Sushi's beer and wine license. We'll post more updates about the restaurant's fate as more news becomes available.

The former home of Revel Spa at 1315 7th Ave. is being renovated to become a new law office, according to a permit on file with the city's Planning Department. The project's contractor has obtained a two-month permit to renovate the interior, with partitions for the attorneys who are moving in.
