"Big water break on Gough and Lily," reports tipster Nathalie this morning. The break is the third such construction-related incident in Hayes Valley in less than a month: a busted water main created a river at Gough & Page on Aug. 12th, and another leak flooded Gough & Ivy on Aug. 31st.
