Tonight: Public Pre-Application Meeting For Grove & Divis Apartment Project

As mentioned last month, the proposed plan for the former Alouis Radiator site at 650 Divisadero has morphed from a five-story, 16-unit building to a six-story, 60-unit one. Tonight, neighbors are invited to give feedback on the plans before the project sponsor submits an application. The meeting will be held onsite at 6pm.
