Inner Sunset Business Roundup: Ceramics Studio Rumored, 'Sun Flower Garden' On The WayPhoto: Walter Thompson/Hoodline

The Inner Sunset is always serving up fresh business news, and we've got the latest restaurant and retail news and tidbits from around the neighborhood.

According to a tip from Twitter user SLK in SF, the former home of Cigarettes & Cigars at 428 Judah may be being reshaped into a new ceramics studio. The windows on the corner storefront at 10th & Judah have been covered for a few weeks, which is frequently an indicator of work within. We haven't been able to track down a possible owner, but we'll keep you posted as we learn more.

Around the corner at 1358 9th Ave., Ke's Seafood BBQ is close to opening its doors. More fixtures have been installed since we last visited, and promotional flyers have been posted in the storefront windows. Keep your eyes peeled for "the premier smokeless Japanese seafood BBQ restaurant in San Francisco" to open its doors

There's also some movement a few doors down: four months after Man Hing Market closed its doors at 1368 9th Ave., a new restaurant permit posted in the window states that a new eatery called "Sun Flower Garden" is moving in.

Across the street, the Thai restaurant at 1319 9th Ave. has changed its name from Soi Gow Cafe to "Sriracha Thai Cuisine". A note in the window says the management and staff haven't changed, but the new menu features "some new items and updated price[s]." To celebrate the grand reopening, Sriracha Thai Cuisine is offering customers a 15 percent discount through October 31st.
