Around 9:50pm last night, a station attendant at the 76 gas station at Fell and Divisadero was robbed at gunpoint.

The 29-year-old attendant was in the process of using the cash register, with the drawer open, when the suspect walked in and pointed a handgun at him. The suspect reached over the counter and took money from the drawer before fleeing the scene. No one was harmed, and officers from SFPD's Northern Station responded to the scene.

Another employee of the 76 confirmed this morning that the robbery had taken place. "It was a very scary moment for him!" he said of the other employee.

No word yet on how much money was taken from the till, or if the suspect has been apprehended. We've reached out to the SFPD and will update this post with further information.
