The SF Examiner reports that late today, Supervisor Julie Christensen conceded the fiercely contested, contentious and costly District 3 supervisor's seat to challenger Aaron Peskin. Her upset is seen by many as a rejection of the policies of Mayor Ed Lee, who appointed her to the Board of Supervisors in January.
