The three suspects accused of murdering 23 year-old Canadian tourist Audrey Carey in Golden Gate Park on October 3rd pleaded not guilty to all charges this morning, according to the Examiner. In addition to Carey's murder, Sean Michael Angold, 24; Lila Scott Alligood, 18; and Morrison Haze Lampley, 23, have been charged with the murder of 67-year-old therapist Steve Carter, whose body was found on a fire trail just outside of Fairfax on October 5th. He had been walking his dog, who was also shot, but survived.

The three accused murderers were allegedly found in possession of Carter's Volkswagen Jetta when they were arrested outside of a soup kitchen in Portland, OR on October 9th. Items belonging to Carey were allegedly in their possession as well. In addition to the murders, they've been charged with second degree robbery, vehicle theft, receiving a stolen vehicle, buying or receiving stolen property, and animal cruelty. Lampley, the alleged shooter in both killings, faces additional charges for allegedly being a felon in possession of a firearm.

According to the Examiner, the defense team said the review of evidence would be lengthy, which is why the preliminary hearing has been set for nearly six months from now, on May 9th. At that hearing, both sides will present evidence in the case.
