City Sightseeing, the tour bus company involved in a horrific crash in Union Square on November 13th, flunked a surprise inspection and could lose its license to operate, according to the latest report by the Chronicle.

At least 20 were hurt, seven critically, when the double-decker bus hit scaffolding in front of the new Apple store. The Chronicle reports, "According to a summary of the Nov. 20 audit of the remaining fleet released by the CHP on Tuesday, inspectors found 61 violations, including 29 for equipment problems."
