The bizarre mystery surrounding Madrone Art Bar's latest show—One gLove, by artist Sawyer Forbes—took another weird turn yesterday shortly after 5pm, when an unknown individual entered the bar and vandalized the show.

A video posted on Madrone's Facebook page shows the man tearing photos off walls, breaking glass, and scratching off the show's title before being chased out the door by staff. "It is unclear at this point if this is the work of the notorious Saywer Forbes' entourage, one of Sawyer's many enemies or Sawyer Forbes himself," Madrone owner Michael "Spike" Krouse wrote on Facebook.

Forbes (a pseudonym) had previously gotten into hot water at Madrone in early December, when he allegedly insulted and interrogated patrons while dressed in a Santa suit. He was escorted off the premises.

"Having had enough of the grief this art show has caused, Madrone Art Bar is pulling down the work and requesting Sawyer or one of his minions come down and claim the artwork," Krouse wrote. "Good riddance, Sawyer Forbes."
