North Beach, Russian Hill (and Cow Hollow), your Chariot has arrived. We spied this sign today at Union and Powell streets; the "Union Cruiser" is the company's ninth commute shuttle route up and running, going from those neighborhoods to the FiDi and SoMa (including near CalTrain).
