Grandmaster Bill Dewart's Academy of Tae Kwon Do, at the corner of Scott and Oak Streets, has a presence as humble and unassuming as Dewart himself. But inside, you'll find a man who's been devoted to providing the neighborhood—and the city at large—with martial-arts instruction for nearly 40 years.
