The 39th annual contest to create the official poster for the Haight-Ashbury Street Fair is officially underway, and the deadline for entries is April 11th. Artists can read the full list of guidelines here.
The winning poster artist will receive a $500 prize from the Haight-Ashbury Street Fair, a $100 gift certificate for art supplies from Mendels FarOut Fabrics, and 25 poster reproductions.
And don't forget: the Battle of the Bands for an appearance at the fair starts next month.
