The SF Fire Department has issued a yellow alert after a boat overturned at Ocean Beach, in the waters outside the Cliff House. According to the SFFD's Twitter, seven people were on board, and one of them has been taken to the ER. Tipster Riley says that streets near the Cliff House are closed, with a number of ambulances and fire trucks. Photos of the scene also depict a Coast Guard helicopter hovering above the boat. We'll update as we learn more.

Update, 12:15pm: According to the Chronicle's Kale Williams, the boat was an SFFD rescue boat undergoing a training exercise, and all seven people on board were rescued.

Update, 12:28pm: Everyone aboard the boat was rescued and is receiving medical care as a precaution. "All members are safe," says the SFFD, which is cautioning people to avoid the area. The capsized boat remains in the water.

Update, 12:43pm: According to the Chronicle, the first reports of the capsized boat came in at 11:18am. All seven people onboard were checked by medical personnel as a precaution, but none had any serious injuries. The cause of the incident remains unknown.
