Two Colorful New Murals Appear On Steiner Street In Lower HaightPhoto: Chane Wilson

The Lower Haight saw the addition of two new murals over the weekend, right next to the large painted women on the side of Wild Feather boutique.

Wild Feather's mural was created in 2013 by artists Miss Van (from Barcelona) and Ciro Schu (from Brazil). But the new pink Arctic fox appears to be the work of a local artist—HuskyRoundUp. Husky's mosaic-like murals can be found on a number of walls in San Francisco, but have also made appearances in Paris and New YorkAround the corner, a jungle cat's head rests on the body of a boxer, done by mural artist Piper.

Any walls in the Lower Haight you wish had murals? Or any old street art you'd like to to see replaced? Let us know in the comments.
