An unidentified man was fatally shot at Sixth and Minna streets, around 11:30pm Monday night.

According to the SFPD, nearby officers heard the gunshots, found the victim and transferred him to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Suspect(s) are yet to be identified in this case.
