Former President Bill Clinton, who's in California supporting his wife and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in her campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination, made an unexpected visit to Chinatown's Washington Bakery and Restaurant this morning.

According to the Chron, Clinton dropped by for about 15 minutes, chatting and snapping photos with Chinatown locals before heading to a fundraiser in Fremont hosted by tech executive Ajay Bhutoria, where tickets ran $1,000-2,700 per person.

With the June 7th Democratic primary only two weeks away, northern Californians can expect to see more of Secretary Clinton; she's holding a public event in San Jose on Thursday afternoon. Her opponent for the nomination, Sen. Bernie Sanders, has also visited SF twice in recent weeks, as well as held major rallies in San Jose and Vallejo.
