3rd Homeless Navigation Center Headed To 25th Street In The DogpatchRendering: Port of San Francisco via Examiner

The Examiner reports today that after months of community meetings, the city's third Homeless Navigation Center will be constructed on Port of San Francisco property at the dead end of 25th Street.

Pending city approval, the 14,000-square-foot facility could open as soon as February 2017. It would include a 6,000-square-foot courtyard and cost $3.2 million to construct and $2.5 million to operate annually. Last month, the city opened its second Navigation Center, in the former Civic Center Hotel at 12th & Market.
