Man Critically Injured In Stabbing At 7th & MarketPhoto: Fernando P./Hoodline

A 27-year-old man was sent to the hospital with critical injuries following a stabbing around 4:15pm yesterday at Seventh and Market.

According to the SFPD, the victim and the suspect were in an altercation when the suspect stabbed the victim. The suspect, a 37-year-old man, fled, but was apprehended and arrested by Tenderloin Station officers.

While the victim suffered critical injuries, they have not been deemed life-threatening, the department noted.
