TL Week: Art Night SF, AudioBus Tour, Bestival Comedy Fest & MorePhoto: Art Night SF/Facebook

We're on the verge of another busy weekend here in the Tenderloin.

For starters, there's not one but two good reasons to stop by the Tenderloin Museum this weekend. First, an LGBT history walking tour and an opening reception tonight will kick off a multi-month series of events to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Compton's Cafeteria Riot. Then head back to the museum Sunday evening to take a ride with AudioBus, a 'sonically customized' audio tour of the neighborhood atop an open-air double-decker bus.

Art Night SF returns from 5-9pm tomorrow night to kick off a second season of open-air art festivals in UN Plaza. Like last year, the evening events will gather hordes of local artists, markers, arts nonprofits and museums touting interactive art activities, as well as games for children, live performances and a full bar. But this time they're going a step further with a karaoke battle—and the stakes are high. This week's grand-prize winner will take home $300 cash, and two runners-up will walk away with $100 each.

If you can't make it out tomorrow, don't panic. The series runs through October, and following the Facebook page will ensure you won't miss the next one.

Finally, comedy buffs won't want to miss Bestival at PianoFight. Local comedy troupe Sylvan Productions has curated a weekend-long festival of all their favorite shows and comedians from around the country. With SF Weekly's Best Comedy Troupe title under their belt, we have little doubt in their taste.
