A scooter driver was injured on Friday, July 22nd, after being struck by a car making an illegal U-turn out of a parking spot on Divisadero at Sacramento.
According to the driver who captured the video, the scooter driver turned left on a green light right before it changed to red, and was struck by a car pulling out into an illegal U-turn from the curb. The scooter driver suffered a broken foot.
