A man severely beaten at Market and Jones late last month has died of his injuries, the Examiner reports.
The Medical Examiner's office told the paper that the 52-year-old victim, who died on Sept. 13th, has been identified as San Francisco resident Evaristo Rocha.
No arrests have been made thus far. The death is the 33rd homicide in San Francisco this year.
