Scenes From The 22nd Annual Sunset Community FestivalPhotos: Fiona Lee/Hoodline

Organized by Sunset Youth Services, Friends of the West Sunset Playground and Sunset Mercantile, the 22nd annual Sunset Community Festival took place at West Sunset Playground on Saturday.

The festival brings together the community with local services, non-profits, and merchants for a lively event for all ages.

If you weren't able to make it out on one of the sunniest days the Sunset has experienced in a while, here's what you missed:

Children enjoyed a bouncy castle.
Merchants included local institutions such as Green Apple Books.
Sunset Mercantile organizer Laura Peschke-Zingler, who also runs her own small business, Sea Jewel Succulents.
Kids lined up for balloon animals.
Master sommelier Catherine Fallis and Lawton Elementary PTA parents raised funds with beer and wine tastings.
Young performers at the festival.

A thank you sign for supporters of the Sunset Community Festival.
