Update, 10/16: According to KRON4, the person on the tracks was a man who was hiding inside an alcove in the tunnel. A spokesperson for BART said that the man complained of a broken leg, though no trains were believed to have struck him. He initially refused to leave the tunnel, but was coaxed out by paramedics, who took him to a hospital. It's unclear if he was arrested.
