Two separate attacks at Hyde and Fulton left one victim dead and another injured Friday night.

According to the SFPD, an unidentified victim was stabbed to death with a knife by five suspects around 9:30pm, November 18th, at Hyde and Fulton. None of the suspects have been identified, and no details on the events leading up to the attack have been released.

Two and a half hours earlier, police report that a 53-year-old man was beaten and robbed by a group of 10 assailants wielding a metal pipe.

The victim was approached by the suspects around 7pm at Hyde and Fulton. Several unidentified male suspects began punching the victim before one struck him with a metal pipe, causing him to lose consciousness. While the victim was unconscious, the suspects stole hisĀ backpack and cell phone before fleeing the scene.

The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made in either case.
