Spotted: 4 Wheels Stolen From Parked Car At 18th & Dolores

SFPD officers were spotted at 18th and Dolores this afternoon investigating a theft that left a parked car missing all four wheels.

The owner of the white four-door sedan told Hoodline that the car was parked across from the Dolores Park tennis courts overnight.
