This morning around 5am, tipster Lacey P. alerted us that a colorful painting had appeared overnight in the roadway on Duboce Avenue, between Divisadero and Castro. The painting reads "Peace Is Found When Love Is Around."

It's unclear who is responsible for the colorful addition to the neighborhood, but the art appears to have been done with semi-permanent paint, as some of the letters were already beginning to wear off.
